Please note that AAF is not liable for items confiscated by the Bureau of Customs. If any prohibited items are found in your shipment, you will be responsible for any penalties or damages imposed by the government. Additionally, if we discover that your items are illegal, we are required to surrender them to the appropriate authorities.

Yes, our P8,800/CBM all-in rates include all customs taxes and fees. When you use our service, you won’t have to worry about unexpected charges—our pricing is fully transparent and designed to cover all necessary costs. This ensures a hassle-free import process without surprise fees.

Your billing statement will be available on your AAF account dashboard once your packages arrive at our international warehouse (China). After making your payment, upload the proof of payment under the billing tab on your dashboard. Once the payment is verified, the status will be updated to "PAID," and a checkmark will appear in the "Proof of Payment" section. After this confirmation, you can proceed to our warehouse to pick up your packages.

Supplier Authenticity Verification

To ensure an Alibaba supplier is trustworthy, consider these key factors:

  1. Supplier Verification: Look for badges like "Gold Supplier" or "Assessed Supplier," which indicate the supplier has undergone Alibaba’s verification process.
  2. Company Profile: Review their profile for detailed company history, certifications, and transparency.
  3. Supplier Ratings and Reviews: Check feedback and ratings from other buyers to gauge reliability.
  4. Communication: Engage with the supplier. Ask questions, request samples, and assess their responsiveness and professionalism.

  6. Secure Payment Methods: Use Alibaba’s Trade Assurance or Secure Payment for added protection and to reduce the risk of fraud.

Tracking and Shipment Duration

AAF provides real-time tracking updates through our online system. After booking your shipment, you’ll receive a unique tracking number, which will serve as your SHIPPING MARK. This will allow you to monitor your package throughout its journey. The key stages of tracking include:

  • Pending: Booking has been received but not yet processed.
  • Agent Viewed: Our agent has reviewed your booking details.
  • Ongoing: Your package has arrived at our China warehouse and is being prepared for shipment to the Philippines.
  • Invoice Sent: Issued once your shipment reaches Philippine customs.
  • PAID: Payment has been verified, and your package is cleared for final processing.
  • Dispatch Completed: The cargo has arrived at our Philippine warehouse and is ready for delivery or pickup.

Important Note: Ensure you provide the shipping mark to your supplier and ask them to attach it to the cargo packaging. This step is crucial for the accurate tracking and identification of your shipment.

The estimated shipment duration for packages from our China warehouse to Manila depends on the shipping method:

  • Air Freight: Shipments typically take 3-5 business days to reach Manila from our China warehouse.
  • Sea Freight: Shipments generally take 3-4 weeks, depending on customs and port conditions.

Please note that these estimates apply to shipments bound for Manila. For shipments going to other destinations, such as Cebu or Davao, durations may vary. Feel free to contact our support team for specific estimates for these locations.

Shipment delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Common factors include:

  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Port congestion
  • Random customs inspections

Shipping Mark

The Shipping Mark is a unique identifier assigned to each package owner. Once you successfully book through our website, you will receive your personalized Shipping Mark. This identifier helps us track and manage your specific package throughout the shipping process, ensuring accurate handling and timely delivery.

Your supplier should place the Shipping Mark in a visible and easily identifiable location on each package. If you have multiple packages, ensure that each one has its own Shipping Mark securely attached. This is crucial for clear identification and accurate tracking of your packages throughout the shipment process.

Delivery

Yes, we offer complimentary door-to-door delivery for Manila-bound shipments of 1CBM and above. This service covers destinations within a 35-kilometer radius of our Malabon or Pampanga warehouses. For shipments to Cebu or Davao, door-to-door delivery availability may vary. We recommend reaching out to our logistics consultants for more information on delivery options for these locations.

Yes, you can arrange for third-party couriers to pick up items from our warehouse. Just provide the driver with your Shipping Mark and the total number of boxes to be collected. Make sure to follow the instructions provided in your email to ensure a smooth pick-up process. This gives you the flexibility to use your preferred courier service while ensuring the safe collection of your packages.

Claims and Issues

If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us immediately. Our team will assist you in filing a claim and guide you through the resolution process.
